The 4-Layer EFT Approach
In this class, I’ll guide you through a clear, easy-to-follow, repeatable 4-layer EFT process that works with the body, rather than trying to fix or override it.
This is a practical, body-based EFT session — not a lecture.
We’ll spend most of the 90 minutes actually tapping together, moving gently and systematically through the layers that commonly contribute to ongoing pain and physical symptoms.
Beginners are welcome, and this is equally valuable if you already use EFT but feel unsure what to focus on.
What we’ll work through together
Layer 1 — Physical Symptoms & Sensations
Tapping directly on pain, tension, tightness, or discomfort as it’s experienced in the body.
Layer 3 — Dissolving the Main Emotional Contributors
Releasing the main emotions that are most often the key contributors to physical pain sensations.
Layer 2 — Core Beliefs & Inner Narratives
Working with thoughts, beliefs that are likley involved, such as:
“My body is broken.”
“This will never change.”
“I can’t trust my body.”
Layer 4 — Enhancing Safety, Flow & Healing
Using EFT to reduce self-critical judgment and create the internal conditions where healing can occur naturally.

You’ll be encouraged to go at your own pace and listen to your body throughout.
Real-World Examples
Abdominal Pain & Digestive Discomfort
One client experienced abdominal pain and digestive discomfort 2–3 times a day, often triggered by work stress. Eating and relaxing had become difficult.
After tapping on the physical symptoms, the discomfort reduced within 15 minutes. Using the 4-layer approach over time, the frequency and intensity of symptoms reduced by over 70%, and the daily pattern no longer dominated their life.
Headaches, Neck Tension & Stress
Another client struggled with frequent headaches and tightness in the neck and side of the head, linked to relationship stress and poor sleep. He was also becoming more dependent on pain medications and they werenot providing much relief anymore.
Tapping on the symptom layer reduced the pain in 1 session to around 3/10 within 20 minutes. By working through the deeper layers, over the next few meetings, headaches gradually became a rare occurrence rather than an ongoing issue and the use of pain medications was dramatically reduced.
