We’ll spend most of the 90 minutes actually tapping together, moving gently and systematically through the layers that commonly contribute to ongoing pain and physical symptoms.

What we’ll work through together

Layer 1 — Physical Symptoms & Sensations
Tapping directly on pain, tension, tightness, or discomfort as it’s experienced in the body.

Layer 2 — Core Beliefs & Inner Narratives
Working with thoughts such as:
“My body is broken.”
“This will never change.”
“I can’t trust my body.”

Layer 3 — Main Emotional Contributors
Gently releasing emotions like frustration, anger, resentment, or stress that often sit beneath physical symptoms.

Layer 4 — Enhancing Safety, Flow & Healing
Restorative EFT to reduce judgment, calm the nervous system, and create the internal conditions where healing can occur naturally.

After tapping on the physical symptoms, the discomfort reduced within 15 minutes.
